Yoga and Meditation Club

At AMGOI, we believe that a healthy mind and body are essential for academic and professional success. To promote holistic well-being, we have established the Yoga & Meditation Club for students and staff.

About the Club

The Yoga & Meditation Club is dedicated to fostering physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional balance through the practice of yoga and meditation. The club provides a serene space where students and faculty can rejuvenate, reduce stress, and enhance their concentration and productivity.

Objectives of the Club

To help students and staff improve their physical and mental health.  

To provide a calm and relaxing space for yoga and meditation.  

To encourage the AMGOI community to make yoga and meditation a part of their daily routine.  

To raise awareness about the long-term benefits of YOGA. 

Activities & Sessions

🧘 Daily Yoga Sessions – Guided practice of yoga postures and breathing exercises

🧘 Meditation Workshops – Techniques to enhance mindfulness and inner peace

🧘 Guest Lectures – Expert talks by yoga gurus and wellness coaches 

🧘 Stress-Relief Programs – Special sessions during exams and placement season

🧘 Wellness Retreats – Outdoor yoga camps for a refreshing experience

Who Can Join?

The club is open to all students, faculty, and staff of AMGOI. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome to be a part of our wellness journey.
